This is my second time here. Today is 12/2024, Last time was in 12/2022. Honestly it got better! Rooms are clean as always. Now I get slippers and a robe too? This place is the best. Showers are strong and hot. Windows are huge. Staff was very kind. I'm really happy to have come back. Breakfast was really well done! Location again is in the center of everything. Super safe and welcoming.

As a wheelchair user, I can say that the room was very spacious and adapted to my needs. The staff even prepared a dog bed and a bowl for my dog, which I truly appreciate! I was attending a Jehovah’s Witnesses convention, and thanks to this hotel, I was able to rest well and feel truly comfortable during my stay.

We liked everything about this hotel. But especially the very competent staff, very helpful in booking activities for us out side of the hotel, like the Sargan eight ride and the Uvac river cruise.
