This was the must important thing for any guest to look for. Before I used to stay at Hilton Jeddah but unfortunately lately it has been with the worst management ever. Since I moved to the ritz I felt valued and staff have been politely calling me everyday if I want to extend my stay and if I need any help. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome at the front desk and here are some names I remember but doesn’t exclude the others. Thanks to Moluk, Waleed and Mr Khalid. I will definitely come back to this place

The hotel is tastefully decorated with modern design and has private accesses from Ummul Qura street straight to the hotel entrance. The hotel has 484 well-appointed rooms and luxury suites majority of them are facing the Holy Haram featuring 47” screen smart LCD. All the suites and guest rooms are fitted with speakers with individual control to hear Azan from the Haram. Location was exceptional; was 10 times better than any clock tower related hotels. Didn't have to wait for elevators and walk right into al-Haram courtyard. Check-in Staff was exceptional.

Al Ghufran Safwah Hotel provides spacious rooms decorated in a contemporary style, enhanced with abstract art and rich fabrics. Each room includes satellite TV, a minibar, and a tea/coffee maker. Free WiFi is available throughout all rooms. We arrived slightly before 4pm and was greeted by Abdul Majeed. Being our first time at this hotel, we were mentally prepared for the long checking after reading reviews of other neighbouring hotels along the clock tower area. Alhamdulillah, check in was quick as there were no one else checking in at the reception. Abdul Majeed offered an upgrade and late check out which came as a surprise as we had booked this hotel at the very last minute (2 days before arrival) with not much room type selection. Location of the hotel to haram is directly accessible via escalators. Hotel lift comes very fast unlike some review from other hotels where lifts can get crowded during peak period. Bell boy service was prompt as well. Overall, We truly enjoy our stay and had a memorable stay in makkah. Insha Allah we will be back to stay for our next umrah. Well done to the hotel team.

Awesome facilities including indoor private, heated pool, large television, clean bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, washing machine w/ drying rack, well-stocked kitchen in terms of cooking utensils. Staff (Abdul and Abu Naif) were absolutely wonderful and treated us like esteemed guests.
