For history fans one can walk up the hill above the property and explore the extensive trench network from WWI built by Austria-Hungarian soldiers and Italian soldiers. Wifi was quick and covered the property well.

It was a wonderful evening and definitely worth staying here. The staff are wonderful and the underground rooms have huge skylights that let in lots of beautiful natural light.

We had a fantastic staying at Tamara and Janko's house, Tamara kindly made us taste delicious natural wines, we felt like home with this spatious Room and all the delicate attentions we had, and to top it all the view on the Vipava valley from our room was amazing, everything was just perfect I highly recommend it!
