Friendliness and politeness of the lady that welcomed us, despite the error I did while booking. We arrived one day before the booking and well after the check-in time, but the room was ready and it has been given to us, first the single night we spent there. The place is exceptionally quiet, the position is great, it's clean and the breakfast is one of the best I've ever had during my stays. The products are almost all self grown or made. The city is at walking distance among the greens and the panorama is gorgeous!

Breakfast was delightful, and we had the pleasure of dining with Chef Markus for lunch and dinner. He was not only friendly and professional but also created delicious meals that truly enhanced our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be coming back!
