Room was very nice, clean, with good furniture. Stuff was very polite. On the arrival, we were late for dinner but they served it to us on their own. Hotel is few stairs from the ski area so we didn't have to use a car or bus to go skiing.

This hotel is amazing, location is near by to ski slopes or in summer time for hiking. Hotel has sauna world which is amazing to chill out after skiing or hiking. Breakfast was really good lots of to choose from. Size of the room was very big and spacious. In the evening you can use the bar or play bowling, pool or go to play room. I would like to compliment a receptionist call Veronika, who welcomed us with nice smile, she's the most nicest kindness and helpful receptionist I have ever met. Hotel should be very proud of having her there. She's a star We will definitely be back again.

Great meals (breakfast and dinner), the spa is amazing, with outdoor and indoor hot water pools, water slides, saunas and massges. the rooms are fairly large, in the suite there are two large smart tv screens - one in the living room and one in the bedroom, the apartment has only one in the living room. There is a Nespresso machine in the rooms.

The host and his wife super friendly and helpful and they have a sweet dog. And the garden is just magical, we literally just stood in awe for minutes when we saw it for the first time. We will definitely boom again anytime we are visiting the area. The only thing we regret is that we didn’t book for twice as long 😅
