Great meals (breakfast and dinner), the spa is amazing, with outdoor and indoor hot water pools, water slides, saunas and massges. the rooms are fairly large, in the suite there are two large smart tv screens - one in the living room and one in the bedroom, the apartment has only one in the living room. There is a Nespresso machine in the rooms.

Beautiful pension full with antiques to decorate it, with a very kind and accommodating hosts. The yard is like a little animal house with parrots, peacocks and farm animals, so a great place for small kids on it's own. In a quiet village close to everything important around: Trekking in Tatra mountains (15-30 min), Liptovsky Mikulas and Tartalandia water park(20 min), Jasna resort and much more... We stayed in a separate little house with two very small floors which was very nice a but probably a bit to small for a family of 3. It is great for a couple on a tight budget looking some privacy and quiet. Jan, the host, is very nice and tries to make you feel like home. Highly recommended!

I have been traveling to the area for long years and seen numerous accommodations, but this one was the best I have ever been to. Rooms just perfect for hikers that need a comfortable place to stay at, and I have never seen a shared kitchen so well equipped! The host and his wife super friendly and helpful and they have a sweet dog. And the garden is just magical, we literally just stood in awe for minutes when we saw it for the first time. We will definitely boom again anytime we are visiting the area. The only thing we regret is that we didn’t book for twice as long 😅

Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a water park. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. A very nice and comfortable place with newly renovated rooms - the room looked exactly as it was in the pictures. We went for the skiing trip (Chopok) and the ski storage was available - just ask the host for this possibility. The apartments are located close to the general store and skibus leaves from the same place (although once a day, in the morning).

Penzion pod Vlkolíncom is 6 km from both the centre of Ružomberok and the UNESCO-protected village of Vlkolínec. Hiking trails start right outside.
