Situated in Demanovska Valley and only 100 metres from the Jasna Ski Area, Hotel Björnson & Björnson TREE HOUSES Jasná offers accommodation furnished in the chalet-style and with views of the... We loved everything! Breakfast & dinner were amazing and a lot to choose from (there were vegetarian options, vegan options mainly veggies/fruits) and we did enjoy them! The room size was just about and nicely done. The whole tree house was clean and well prepared for our stay. We also enjoyed saunas and massages. Staff was also very friendly & helpful - at the reception desk, the bar, as well as the kitchen. The bar/restaurant section is very nicely done. The property is kid-friendly with kid's playground outside as well as a large kid's room inside the main hotel building. Definitely recommend this accommodation. It is surrounded by nice, tall trees, so you do not see the other awful hotels and construction sites (yes, Jasna has recently been a constant construction site).

Penzion Fako is located in the quiet area, 3,5 km from the centre of Liptovský Mikuláš and 3 km from the Opalisko Ski Resort. A tennis court and free WiFi are available. Friendly staff, fast check in, possibility for cooking, big terrace, for every 2 rooms we have a fridge and microwave oven in front of the door. If we will go in Slovakia, we want to return here. They prepared a bed for our 4.5 months baby. Thank you so much!

The Wellness Hotel Chopok in Demanovska Dolina at the foot of the Chopok Mountain is situated near the Jasna Ski Resort. It was a good hotel, also the location and the possibility of having the ski bus offered by the hotel. A lot of things for children, a playground, swimming pool, and hosts to entertain the kids. Everything was nice, if I had to choose I would come back again to this hotel. The food also was good

Everything, apartment is a top class, we found everything you might need, lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening, great organisation upon arrival

Galeria Thermal Bešeňová **** is situated directly in the Bešeňová Water Park, where you can enjoy swimming in the thermal pools all year round. Great meals (breakfast and dinner), the spa is amazing, with outdoor and indoor hot water pools, water slides, saunas and massges. the rooms are fairly large, in the suite there are two large smart tv screens - one in the living room and one in the bedroom, the apartment has only one in the living room. There is a Nespresso machine in the rooms.

Beautiful pension full with antiques to decorate it, with a very kind and accommodating hosts. The yard is like a little animal house with parrots, peacocks and farm animals, so a great place for small kids on it's own. In a quiet village close to everything important around: Trekking in Tatra mountains (15-30 min), Liptovsky Mikulas and Tartalandia water park(20 min), Jasna resort and much more... We stayed in a separate little house with two very small floors which was very nice a but probably a bit to small for a family of 3. It is great for a couple on a tight budget looking some privacy and quiet. Jan, the host, is very nice and tries to make you feel like home. Highly recommended!

I have been traveling to the area for long years and seen numerous accommodations, but this one was the best I have ever been to. Rooms just perfect for hikers that need a comfortable place to stay at, and I have never seen a shared kitchen so well equipped! The host and his wife super friendly and helpful and they have a sweet dog. And the garden is just magical, we literally just stood in awe for minutes when we saw it for the first time. We will definitely boom again anytime we are visiting the area. The only thing we regret is that we didn’t book for twice as long 😅

Penzion pod Vlkolíncom is 6 km from both the centre of Ružomberok and the UNESCO-protected village of Vlkolínec. Hiking trails start right outside. Beautiful surroundings, lovely people, nice room.
