Situated in the town of Poprad and the Aquacity Poprad reachable within a 5-minute walk, Boutique Hotel Villa ZAUBER offers accommodation in modern rooms, High Tatras views, a breakfast-restaurant,... I loved the order of getting the key to our room and all the explanations received prior to arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Initially, I was thinking that it's not well heated, but it was my bad. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Checkout went sweeftly. In short , PERFECT!!!

Surrounded by the High Tatras National Park and set in Tatranská Lomnica Ski Area, Penzión Jesenský offers accommodation with a garden, a terrace, a bike rental and a games room with billiards. Perfect location for a ski holiday, a short walk to the ski lift. The property is grand, a mix of old and new . Feels very much like a mountain lodge. My room had amazing views of the mountains and surrounding forests, very quiet and peaceful . Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh and lots to choose from. The ski equipment room and lockers made it easy for me to get ready for each day skiing.

4-star APLEND Wellness Hotel Borovica is set in the heart of the High Tatras in Štrbské Pleso, the highest village of the Tatra Mountains. The location was great, calm environment, close connected with forest. Excellent restaurant and gourment dinners, very good wellness and nice friendly and willing people work there. Rooms were clean and cosy. I am looking forward to return there for my next visit. 10 out of 10!

Set at 1500 metres above the sea level and on the trail of Tatranska Magistrala in the Mengusovska Valley in the High Tatras, this hotel is a 60-minute hike from Strbske Pleso. Excellent place. Breakfast was wonderfull, the staff was caring, and gave good advices about hiking - the weather conditions were challenging, it was heavy rain and snow. We could even buy crampons.

Horsky Hotel Sliezsky Dom is located in the heart of Tatra Mountains, 1670 metres above the sea level. It offers elegant rooms with mountain views, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. A magical stay surrounded by mountains, forests, a lake and a stream. We enjoyed the view from the window and the spa in every weather. At least 4 different nature trails start from the hotel door and they're all nice. Instead of googling "Tatras best hikes", just start walking in any direction from Velické Pleso and you won't regret it. Generous buffet at breakfast and dinner and delicious food and drinks for lunch. If you read negative reviews about the "tourist restaurant", note that that's the backpackers hut. The hotel restaurant is only available to hotel guests and the lunch options are delicious. We were told you can also ask for packed lunch for the hike, but it wasn't possible because we hadn't ordered it in advance. A free-of-charge spacious private spa by reservation with saunas and a beautiful view. You can send your luggage from their lower parking lot at the Tatranská Polianka railway station by their van and hike to the hotel. You can even leave it in a storage unit for them to pick up, you just need to coordinate in advance.

This elegant first-class hotel in Stará Lesná combines a high level of comfort with a beautiful location in the mountains of the High Tatras. The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay was the outstanding spa! 10 stars for the spa!! I will definitely visit again.

Vila Emma is located in the ski resort of Strbske Pleso, in the High Tatras. All rooms have cable TV and a bathroom. It offers free WiFi in public areas. Very good place, beautiful view from windows, good staff, tasty breakfast.
