Room service was impressively fast. The highlight of my stay was when they surprised me by celebrating my birthday—it was such an amazing and unexpected gesture. This was the best hotel of our time in Thailand, the lady who helped us in our stay was very helpful, the customer service is impeccable. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar with incredible views. We enjoyed a lot our stay here.

Lovely pool area with comfortable sunbeds & seating area overlooking the river. Delicious food, all meals were lovely. Excellent service from all staff, make you feel welcome & eager to help make your stay enjoyable. Good size bedroom & bathroom. Comfortable big double bed with good quality bedlinen & towels. Would definitely stay here again when back in Bangkok!
