On-site parking is provided. 10/10 for the hospitality from the hotel owner. There’s only 7 rooms in total. Each room comes with a simple kitchen, shower and a balcony for you to enjoy the lake view. The owner is an animal lover! He has 7-8 dogs, 2 cats and some birds. Breakfast was really good and only charging 60THB.

The location is a bit off from the main busy street which makes it peaceful but yet still easy to get around to restaurants and convenient stores nearby by foot. If i ever go back to Chiangrai, i will definitely try to book again this hotel.

It’s the perfect escape from the busy city and offers a truly authentic Thai experience. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. What truly sets this place apart is the personal touch. The hosts not only provided fantastic local tips and helped arrange transport and tours, but they also treated me like family. I even had the chance to share a delicious homemade meal with them—one of the best I had during my trip! Waking up to the sounds of nature, enjoying breakfast on the veranda, and watching the sunset over the rice fields—these are moments I’ll never forget. We also got toast and jam or chicken sandwhiches in the morning which we loved the jam & toast. There’s also their most amazing cafe at the front of the stay we 100% recommend the coffee from there too. Not an issue with the property but just to be aware it is on a highway, we didn’t find this an issue as the location was fantastic! And we used mostly cabs.

Our Deluxe Suite was great value for money and the room and bed were huge. Decor was very nice, a different style which we had never experienced. Breakfast was also abundant and location is perfectly close to the centre without being in the busy streets. Lady at reception was the sweetest. A real gem of a hotel.
