You are guests of the owners. It is very unique.

Large size and good facilities - shower tea making etc. All rooms have a balcony/ sitting area overlooking garden and pool. pool clean, not too much chlorine and a good size to swim. Nice gardens . C lose to good restaurants and an easy walk to Historical park ( around 15 minutes). Hotel rents good enough bikes for 50 baht for 24 hours. Breakfast was good enough for a few days as only small changes daily but reasonable mix of Thai and western options.

Rooms, cleanliness, short distance to restaurants and Sukothai National Park. Cannot echo other comments on the pool cleanliness because the pool was clean and breakfast was also great!
