Gajapuri, which means "Elephant's Empire" in Sanskrit, offers a luxurious tropical experience with its spa and outdoor spa bath. This is the second time I have stayed here. This trip I initially planned to stay for six days for a combined writing retreat/holiday but ended up staying three extra days. I kind of want to live there. It's very peaceful.

Santhiya Koh Chang Resort offers modern rooms on Klong Prao Beach, which is part of National Marine Park on the Gulf of Thailand. It features an outdoor pool and restaurant. The hotel is very beautiiful, the rooms are great, the staff is amazing, the swimming pool is really nice and the beach in front of the hotel is simply a paradise. I stayed for 6 nights and had a fantastic time at the hotel and in Koh Chang

Everything here is perfect. 9 lovely bungalows nestled into a lush green coconut garden. Welcomed with fresh coconut and an early check in. Great aircon and fan in room, tv (didn’t use it) kettle, clean bedding, towels and toiletries. Breakfast is delicious with the highlight of fresh espresso coffee every morning. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us a map and a few pointers of where to explore. 2 minutes walk to restaurants and Thai mini mart less than 10 to a beach. The Corner was our favourite place to eat (just around the corner), so friendly, cheap and very delicious food. Ko Kut is paradise and our stay here has been exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Located on the beachfront in north-eastern side of Ko Chang, Amber Sands Beach Resort features a private beach area, free WiFi and a parking area. Lovely property with beautiful designed grounds. We had the upper level seafront suite which made it a perfect choice. Simon at the front and Ning in the kitchen makes it all work well. Paying by credit card for everything made it seamless. Scooters can be rented from the hotel and Simon offers a free ride to White Sands, a beautiful beach near by.

Serenity Resort Koh Chang is situated in Ko Chang, 1.5 km from Centrepoint Ferry. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and communal pool that overlooks the sea. Villa 6 is a large 2 bed/2 bath villa with small kitchen, roof top jacuzzi, overlooking the resort to the beach. We were able to have more room to move and separation from the kids. The resort had a pool, free kayaks and SUP, reasonably priced food/drinks. Rented a car through them. The resort is lovely and quiet/relaxing.

Offering a restaurant and a private beach area, Bangbao Beach Resort is located in Ko Chang. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. The accommodation will provide you with a balcony. We really enjoyed our 4 nights. Jebbie is a wonderful host and runs a very well organised clean resort. Rooms are basic, comfortable with great fast wifi. Loved the bed and pillows, both were firm, no waking up with neck pain here. The more you stay here the slower you become, it’s all about letting go, there is no where to rush to which I loved. It’s located at the bottom of the island, 40 mins by shuttle bus. There is motorbike hire available, walks to the water fall, daily swims in the sea, laying around with a good book. Just perfect. Hope this place never changes.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property.... Fantastic resort with large and comfortable bungalows surrounded by beautiful trees. Pool area is new, spacious and very cozy. Large bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. Bed was amazing. Owners and staff are very helpful and kind.
