The staff were all fantastic- especially Mounira at reception, I found her very polite, attentive and accommodating and always with a smile on her face.

Ayman from guest relations is always available for any questions or help, the receptionists are all helpful, the facilities are useful & the restaurant serves a variety of food.

Also the free wifi in the room worked really well. All the staff in every department were polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was superb with an amazing choice. The bars were good. I can find no fault with this hotel. We have stayed in many hotels in Tunisia and this is by far the very best
