We were extremely satisfied with the experience. The room was pristine and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would like to specifically mention the receptionist, Oleksandra, and the manager, Oleksiy. They provided us with local tips and in general were very helpful. Just one little episode. When we left, my wife left her reading glasses behind. The hotel had sent me a friendly email offering to mail the glasses.
