Free WiFi access is available. The welcome at the front desk had enthusiasm and energy with sincere message thank you for coming. The gift bag was a very nice touch. We had an added bonus of tacos for dinner as well as the breakfast.

The hotel is just a 12-minute walk away from the luxury shopping, dining and entertainment of the Magnificent Mile. The Theatre District, including CIBC Theatre, is less than a mile away. Midway International Airport is 12 miles away and Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 17 miles away. The location was ideally suited for exploring the city and having access to public transportation. The room was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfy. The lobby was equipped with a station for free coffee and tea. Generous check-in and check out times.

It was perfect. The location to all places I wanted to go to, and so near the blue line that takes you to the airport for $ 2.50 The staff was kind and very helpful. I felt very secure. The cleaning staff did a great job. I think next time I will include this hotel on my next trip.

The city facing room had an unobstructed view of the Willis (Sears) Tower.. AMAZING... I really liked the 'classic' look of the room.. really nicely upkept original HARD WOOD doors and frames. Classic marble in bathroom, etc. Reminded me of the upscale 'Conrad Hilton', but at a much affordable rate.
