You can walk to so many sightseeing places. Beautiful view from the room (11th floor) over the lake, pier and surrounding buildings. Amazing swimming pool, very decent size to swim (go early before families arrive). Room spacious enough, bright and clean, with comfortable beds. The building of the hotel itself is gorgeous, you can spot it from far, including from Skydeck

Featuring an indoor pool with outdoor access and a hot tub, this Mount Vernon, Illinois hotel is located off Interstate 57, just 14 minutes’ drive from Green Hills Golf Club. The complimentary food provided was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the price for the night stay. It was wonderful :) The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and smiling !!

Less than a mile away from Grant Park and Millennium Park, this historic boutique hotel is located in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood and features an on-site restaurant and state-of-the-art 24-hour... This was the best place we stayed at during our 2 weeks trip, the room was super clean and spacious and the staff really went the extra mile! Big shout out to the front desk and concierge team!

Located off Interstate 57, this Drury Inn & Suites Marion is less than 1 mile away from shopping at Illinois Centre Mall. A daily hot breakfast is served, and each room contains a flat-screen cable... Very clean rooms and very comfortable beds

The Buckingham Hotel is a boutique property centrally located in the heart of Chicago’s Financial District, perched on the 40th floor of the iconic Chicago Stock Exchange building. Incredible views, sufficient breakfast (oatmeal packs, bread, yogurt, fruit), excellent location close to Grant Park (great for the marathon!), convenient for transit (lots of train and bus stops within a block or two). Highly recommend!
