Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

This oceanfront property is located in Amagansett, New York. It boasts ocean views, a seasonal outdoor pool, and access to a private beach. Free Wi-Fi access is available. We were visiting from the UK and travelling around The Hamptons and beyond for 2 weeks. We booked this on a whim for 2 nights whilst out there and wasn't sure what to expect - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a table and 2 chairs outside of our entrance door overlooking the outdoor pool and a fabulous private balcony at the back with comfortable patio furniture/tables and chairs etc. This hotel is situated on the beach so the access is very quick via a private walkway (2 minute walk from our room) and there is a little hut on the way down with a lovely friendly Jamaican gentleman who provides towels and takes you down to the loungers and helps you set up your parasol on the beach etc) There is also water and cups provided at the hut free of charge. We stayed at a different beachfront hotel prior to our arrival here, and wish we had found this one first.

Located on the oceanfront, just 7 minutes’ drive from Montauk, this Amagansett resort features an outdoor pool. Complimentary beach umbrellas and lounges are offered. The location is amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. The amenities at the beach and pool were also very good.

Nestled in the dunes between East Hampton and Montauk, this resort boasts free WiFi and an indoor pool with a sauna. Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course is 10 km away. Great location with its own private beach & at this time of the year (mid September), we had the beach virtually to ourselves! Staff were absolutely brilliant, very friendly & very helpful. Just wish we had planned to spend longer here!!
