Superb value especially with breakfast and kickback including three alcoholic drinks per adult Front desk Staff were super helpful. Parking 34$ +tax with in and out privileges for 24hrs. Pool on 6th floor was small but perfect and it wasn't too busy for our Monday night stay. There was even a hot tub. Towels provided near the pool. Gym was great and served its purpose.

The top floor gym has amazing views, lots of equipment, and spacious. It was my birthday and the manager (Benson) was kind to upgrade my room that has amazing views on the 25th floor. I would definitely come back on my next trip to NOLA

We would come back to this beautiful property in a minute, as it was perfectly situated to our needs for visiting New Orleans. Our breakfasts were excellent, nutritious, and there were always lots of snacks and delicious coffee available to us. We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing visit to NOLA.

Each of the suites at Grenoble House has a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and kitchenware. A dining table, a work desk, and cable TV are also provided. I loved that we was a street over from Bourbon Street. The property had easy parking out front to down load your bags and a parking garage at the end of the street.
