This was a character filled New England Guest House . Impeccably clean and with everything we could have needed including air conditioning. Lovely hospitable hostess Denise who gave us travel tips and made us a fantastic breakfast. The location was amazing for the Main bars, restaurants and shops in Newport- which was itself amazing to visit . We loved everything about it!

We really liked the inn, it is tastefully decorated and furnished. Owner is really welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast included, it consists of a few pastries and a selection of cold and hot drinks. It was perfectly convenient for us! We liked the common areas, parking in the backyard is a huge plus!
