With splendid ocean and city views from every room, the hotel is 450 metres from Piriapolis Beach. Guests can relax in the hot tub or enjoy the heated swimming pool. Wi-Fi is free. Good location, just a couple of hundred yards out of the town centre, so it’s quiet. It’s a bit of a hike from the bus station but the reward is that it’s near some of the best restaurants in town and a half hour stroll to San Francisco beach, which is the best in the area. Great breakfast and the pool is a nice touch. The most impressive thing is the warmth and helpfulness of the staff who don’t speak English but cheerfully endured my dreadful Spanish!

The owners have created a very pleasant relaxed garden space where each house has shaded spots where to sit down, outdoor sofas, hammocks and so on. Heated swimming pool is pleasant and the small library is a good idea. The place is nicely quiet, well protected from noise. The beach is only short walk away. Wifi works well. Owners are so nice and friendly, always helping with everything.
