From check in, the concierge gentleman, housekeeping, the spa team, pool service till check out - every single one was so incredibly friendly and with everyone just the perfect interaction, never too much - you just feel very welcomed! We travel a lot and I haven't had this feeling plus a flawless experience in a long time - we loved every minute and we'll definitely come back. Natasha and Conway were excellent hosts and very informative regarding restaurants and day trips. The guesthouse is located on a tree lined street in a nice safe neighborhood.
