We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful estate. The room was extremely comfortable, with a huge, cozy bed and plenty of space. The bathroom was particularly impressive—very large and spacious, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. The room was big enough to add a baby cot without it feeling crowded, which was perfect for us. The Stoep restaurant offers a stunning view, a very good menu, and friendly staff, all at a very reasonable price. The estate itself is charming and expansive, with a lovely old Dutch style that creates a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The swimming pool area is fantastic, with a view over the vineyards and incredibly comfortable sunbeds—so comfortable that you can easily drift off while relaxing in the sun.

There is free parking on site and a shuttle is available on request from George Airport, 71 km away. Fabulous tents so well equipped and great to be on edge of dam, although very noisy with birds. Garden Route Game Lodge is located near Albertinia, overlooking the Langeberg Mountain Range. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and various animals can often be seen. It features a pool and a restaurant.

Guests can experience game viewing tours organized by the Lodge. The sun loungers by the pool allow guests to have a relaxing sun bath. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Our stay was really incredible. The rooms were very comfortable with a nice design. We had 4 great safaris and we spotted 4 of the big 5. The meals were very good, original, with a twist. The chef is great and we highly recommend the restaurant. Andreas, our guide, was knowledgeable and really friendly. We strongly recommend the Garden Route Game Lodge.

Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. There is a main deck with a splash pool, a bar, and a barbecue. Charming place, very clean. The hosts are great, everything was perfect. Highly recommend it!

Enjoy a relaxing swim in the stunning outdoor pool or soak up the sun on a deck lounger with a refreshing drink. Yummy breakfasts were served every morning. Great location. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back again.

Most rooms feature sea or mountain view and some face the Italian piazza style Courtyard. Beautiful location, so easy to get to the waterfront with free shuttle service. The staff could not have been better, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious.

The beach is also just 50 metres away, offering a variety of water-sports and nature tours. The position is perfect. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Adam needs to be commended for going over and above to help our 88 year old mother navigate around with her rolator. The breakfast was also amazing and had a wide variety of options.
