Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The meals are convenient. Dining room staff super friendly and helpful. This is the second occasion when rooms were sold out on my desired dates, and both times I was notified of a cancellation that allowed me to stay the desired dates. A warm welcome from the front desk, even though we arrived after midnight. concise explanation of the facilities. Wifi was easy to access, and at a high speed. Good location close to the Tohoku express way intersection and large car park. Compact, clean and well-equipped room. Usual excellent breakfast with a good choice of menu.
