Ryokans in Biei

Great experience of Japanese style hotel that have original cultural bed and room, dinner and breakfast incude onsen public bath. From hotel can walk about 200 m.to see shirahige waterfaĺl

the location and the staff were excellent. the onsen, especially the outdoor were great.

I wish I could have stayed longer at Yumoto Onsen Hotel. It is classy but also comfortable, a great combination for relaxation. I particularly liked the sitting in the outdoor onsen at night surrounded by rock and snow, soaking in volcanic water listening to the blue Shirogane Waterfall, magical!

Men's outdoor onsen was outstanding. My partner says the ladies outdoor onsen is disappointing.

The hot spring is good! We enjoyed the hot spring facilities, wearing yukata and the dinner spread is acceptable. It is very near to the beautiful Shirahige waterfalls. Shuttle bus is provided from the Biei Station - just remember to pre book with the hotel.

the onsen, having Japanese style dinner, able to get into Japanese tradition of dining by wearing Yukata, the room is adorable, a traditional Japanese room with Tatami floor and a futon chairs and bed

Ryokan is just next to Shirogane Waterfall. Outdoor onsen is nice.

it was very close to the waterfall site and the blue pond. we love the traditional futon beds and dinner and breakfast. parking was free. the onsen was good too.
