Room was spacious, clean and looked aged (but not necessarily in a bad way). The onsens were very clean and spacious, probably because I visited at night and early in the morning... I was literally the only one in the onsen on both occasions and had the entire thing to myself! We booked a room with a private bath as we both have tattoos, so using the communal onsens can be tricky. The private rooms are gorgeous. The garden views and private tub are amazing and the traditional Japanese style rooms are so beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfy! Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. We had the room with the private onsen, very nice, and view on the garden. Delicious breakfast and dinner, thoughtfully presented and curated to the smallest details. Very nice public onsen with indoor and outdoor pools. Great staff, very helpful and kind.
