After the initial hiccup with the booking, the overall stay at this place was one of the memorable moments of our Japan trip. The house we stayed in was nestled in the forest, surrounded by trees all around. It is far away from the town yet close enough for a quick dash if you need something. The house itself was self sufficient with all the modern amenities. Absolutely loved our stay there, it is highly recommend. We’ll certainly like to go there again.

This hotel is incredible!! Between the views, the onsen, and the food provided at breakfast, tea time, and dinner time, this place could not be better. My mom and I had the best time! They picked us up and dropped us off at the station so easily, the staff were lovely, the facilities were beautiful and you get enough free food that you never need to go out for meals. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room and hotel atmosphere was really nice. Room was spacious, and what surprised us was floor heater in the bathroom. We requested for vegetarian meal, and they provided us such an impressive meal. :)

The room, the food, the scenery… we loved it all! The mountain and lake views from our top-floor room were divine, and the room itself was inviting and exceedingly comfortable. The staff here is welcoming, courteous and attentive, and the kaiseki dinner was exquisite (as was the breakfast). A trip highlight for sure, and we heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for a truly memorable ryokan experience.

The most welcoming staff I ever met and amazing service. They even helped us to book bus tickets to Tokyo. Room was nice, with amazing view of Mt. Fuji, hot tub and sauna. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner, meals were exceptional.

Everything honestly, the views of Mt Fuji were beautiful and in general the surroundings were very peaceful. The owners are a nice sweet couple , their meals were also the best Iv had during my stay in Japan. Definitely will come back in the future!
