Overall environment is good. The only thing was no onsen due to damage of pipe but hotel allow us to use the private onsen at no cost. The service was excellent, staff were so helpful and recommended activities for us to do in the area. The onsen is currently not active but the private bath is lovely, a stone pool in an outdoor setting, you can relax after skiing while watching the snow fall.
