We were two family of 4, there was more than enough space and amenities were great, quiet location but walking distance to beach, sites and close to local tram. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one!

We loved our stay here!! The room was very spacious and clean, the layout was super convenient, and the design and colour scheme is beautiful! Made it feel very relaxing and cozy. Lighting was just right, and the window was a good size for natural sunlight. The beds were SUPER comfortable and to my liking. The best part though was the bathroom; very spacious, modern design, and very clean. This was our first time in a ryokan style hotel and thought it was the perfect mix of traditional style with modern amenities. We were very very happy with our stay here and will be coming back to stay again. Location is not bad either; short walk to nearest train station, the red brick warehouse, and other tourist spots.

The hotel was wonderful, we couldn‘t wish for more. The staff was very attentive and helped us with everything. They even picked us up and brought us back to the train station and drove us to a nearby sightseeing spot without extra charge. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Enjoy the views from the room, as well as the bath in the cave and the roman. The staff was very friendly and very attentive since they gave me clothes in my size without me asking, which was very comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious and had good portions. Im a foreigner but they made me feel welcome so my experience at the hotel was very good
