The room was a traditional Japanese style room and was spacious and beautiful. The futon beds were very comfortable, the robes were nice. It came with free tee, a public onsen and a view of the dome. The staff were extremely helpful, showing us where the best food was and helping me to find vegan restaurants. The location couldn’t have been better. Honestly an amazing stay, would book again if I visit Hiroshima again.

Nice Japanese house just 3min walk from the tram station. It takes 30mon to go to Hiroshima center and 30mon to go to miyajima island. Nice Japanese room with comfy futon. Hisaya is really friendly. You feel like home.

The location was excellent for us. the owner help us allowing us to leave our luggage before checking time. language was a bit a problem but we managed satisfactory. bedsheets were clean. Bathroom a bit small but for one night was okay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming I specifically wanted to stay in a Ryokan and it met all expectations I also enjoyed the Yukata provided

The view was amazing, the dinner was very varied and tasty, it had around 10 different small dishes with different types of Japanese foods. We also went to onsen that was clean and enjoyable. The shuttle bus was very convenient - hotel offering an evening ride to see the Torii gate lighten up and the we went there again in the morning after checking out and once we were done sightseeing hotel delivered our luggage to the port and we went back to mainland.

Jukeiso and his stuff is perfect in every way. I felt more than welcomed and more than special. Stuff is so nice, so kind and dinner and breakfast … God bless all these hands which prepared this food. Itadakimasu.
