Extra futon pads were available, making us very comfortable. The public bath on the top floor was wonderful, as was the breakfast each day. The traditional tatami mat and futon experience was much more comfortable than I had expected, and for a family of four the room was perfect size. The futon beds were very comfortable, the robes were nice. It came with free tee, a public onsen and a view of the dome. The staff were extremely helpful, showing us where the best food was and helping me to find vegan restaurants. The location couldn’t have been better. Apartment was really spacious, lovely traditional Japanese atmosphere throughout the hotel, starting right at the lobby. Nice little onsen looking out to the bomb dome.
