Staff were very attentive. I was really sick on the first day and the lady in the restaurant noticed that I could not eat much and came up to ask what happened. They cooked congee for me on the other day as breakfast that helped me a lot.I would highly recommend this hotel to others and definitely will come back again.

I gave it a 10. This is so different. in the middle of nowhere. No connections. This basic traditional locational. Bring your own food. Very good onsen tag the close by hotel. we loved it

It is a wonderful Onsen hotel in the heart of Nagano. The people working there a wonderful, helpful, the politeness is beyond every standard, even for Japan. Top ryokan with beautiful shared and private onsen. The breakfast and meal were really good and large. It’s definitely worth paying extra for the meal. The town has so many beautiful walks and looks great in blossom season.
