We loved how we had a private onsen attached to our room as well as private onsens on the property for just our family to enjoy. Everything was beautiful and wonderful about this place from the staff to the food.

The outdoor bath in the room was amazing! Also booking.com has an 80% mark-up on this property for online users from America. I won't be using booking.com again. Ever.

I stayed here with a friend while I was visiting Kinosakionsen, Yuko and her family were extremely nice and welcoming! The house was beautiful, homely and had everything we needed, it was exactly as the name implied. The town and surrounding area are a must to see in Japan and if and when I return, I will definitely stay again! It's slightly further from the town center, so it's perfect for cycling and sightseeing, I recommend to anyone visiting Kinosakionsen!

Beautiful location and fantastic service. Shuttle van picked us up from the train station when we arrived and hotel offered regular shuttle service to and from the town center during the day, which was about 10 min away by car. Room was spacious and clean. On-site public and private onsens were clean and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were included and my goodness, you never left a meal hungry! Incredibly relaxing getaway!

The breakfast and dinner was amazing and intricate with unique flavours. Our host made a lot of effort to explain the food to us in English. The room (seaview was exceptional) was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Service (including check in and check out) was like a performance art. Onsen was pretty and you can see both if you time things right.
