The staff were very kind and helpful, and agreed to change our meals when we contacted them and told them we are vegetarians. We stayed in a clean, traditional Japanese style room with a mountain view and had full access to the ryokan's onsen bath (with a warm and cold bath as well as sauna inside, and a warm bath outside).Guest review byJorunnFamily with young children

Futon beds on tatami floor. Bathrooms are clean but shared and fortunately fitted with modern “Toto” sanitary automatic sensor seats toilets. The landlady and family stays upstairs and we have the whole lower ground to ourselves. Food served is home made and delicious This house is located in the less touristy town of Ainokura.
