Experience culture authentically with a stay at this traditional Japanese-style accommodation. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.

We absolutely loved doing onsen every evening: a private in-room one is just such a wonderful luxury. The entire Ryokan is so elegant and beautiful.
Breakfast was interesting and very traditional. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, always finding ways to answer our questions and helping us wherever they could - I will miss them all. Best of all was the town of Obi, which is a beautiful place with so much history. I really loved our Miyazaki trip and staying at Nazuna was part of that loveliness.

It was perfect ! Obi is a really cute town that pairs with a stroll in the morning and spending the afternoon in the onsen of the room. The room was beautiful, peaceful and the breakfast in the morning delicious (traditional breakfast) The staff was attentive and professional (and spoke English)
