Very nice and clean ryokan in the middle of town. Staff was very kind and helpful, food was tasty and beautifully presented! Small but nice onsen bath and overall a great experience. Room was spacious and very clean

The access to the Daiichi Takimotokan baths across the street until late at night and early in the morning was amazing, the highlight of my trip to Hokkaido. Location is also perfect for experiencing the Jigoku-matsuri and the Jigoku-dani itself. The hotel itself is easy to use and clean. Check in is by machine but staff were there to answer any questions.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious and such great variety. Room was big and bed very comfortable. The best part were the staff, very kind and helpful. I had hurt my eye and needed to see an ophtalmologist on my check out day. They helped me look up nearby clinics and wrote down the names of a few clinics in romaji for me so I could look it up on Google maps (I can speak some Japanese, but I can't read yet). I could store my luggage at reception until I was done which was really helpful. They even let me use the phone to contact the car rental company. Many thanks to everybody on reception that day!

I travelled with my friend and booked the "Japanese-Style Triple Room with Breakfast and Crab Dinner Included". It was amazing!! We went skiing and snowboarding at San Laiva Ski, a 6-minute walk from Karurusu Onsen Yumoto Orofuresou. After tiring but relaxing skiing, we enjoyed a lovely crab dinner and a hot spring on the lower ground floor. In addition, the window view from our room was incredible. To sum up, Ten-Star Recommended!

Noguchi Noboribetsu is an adults only hotel that features spacious suites with a private bath with mountain views, a living area with sofa and satellite LCD TV.

The room was so spacious and the food was amazing as well. All the facilities are excellent, especially the outdoor Onsen! Staffs are genuinly kind and very helpful. I will definately visit again:)
