We loved this place! Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Google translator helped us to communicate. It's a hotel with traditional Japanese rooms with futons and shared bathrooms. I would recommend booking with breakfast and dinner! The food they prepared was delicious. To hotel is just a short walk away from the lake with the most beautiful view onto Mt Fuji. The hotel had plenty of parking and the whole building was spotless. We loved our stay there and would absolutely come back

Beautiful house, very comfortable beds and facilities, the house is big so you have enough space for your luggage and to move around. The room has a heater/AC. Great location. You can rent a bike just outside the house and take a stroll around the lake. Marie goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. She welcomed us with some hot and delicious tea, helped with our bags and even let us keep the big luggage in the living room so we didn't have to carry it up the stairs. She offered to drive us to get something for dinner and then drive us back. She explained which bus we needed to take and drove us to the station. The bathroom is very clean. The showers are super comfortable and have everything you need. Marie reserved the shower for us and put a heater inside before our shower time so we wouldn't be cold. She is always attentive to our needs and you can tell she really loves her job. It's a pleasure to stay there.

The staff is lovely. The older lady greeted me and was very friendly even though we have language barrier. The room is a traditional tatami style, very roomy and plenty space. Clean as well, I love it.

Location, quality of the food, the Bathroom !! All the services are excellent ! Even as a foreigner traveling because it's in Japanese but the best accommodation I got so far Highly recommend
