Our family loved sleeping on tatami and enjoyed the little extras like the tea and Japanese biscuits provided. We also loved the indoor and outdoor Onsen. The staff were very kind and we were given fresh towels and wash cloths daily. What a treat. There is a convenience store a couple of hundred metres down the road and vending machines everywhere of course.
