Amazing ryokan experience in a winter wonderland! Ranko-san was an amazing host who cared for our every needs. She even lent as snow boots for our winter hikes when she saw that our shoes was unsuitable for the snow. She was friendly and spoke English well. The rooms was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The onsen was big and well maintained. The breakfast and dinner was better than any restaurant we could find in hirosaki! Will definitely be back again :)

The onsen very beautiful especially outdoor. staff very friendly, the room face the ocean view, nice and clean. The food very delicious, we got a buffet line during our stay. We’re got to the hotel early because of train schedule, they let us check in early that the nice of them. If I have a chance to comeback I will stay here again.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and ski equipment rentals can be arranged. Deep in the mountains in winter with lots of snow and a beautiful rotenburo- outside bath - the location was perfect. Fantastic meals with a delicious Kaiseji meal for dinner and a traditional Japanese buffet for breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially the gentleman who assisted us at check in.

Very satisfied with our stay here while driving around in the area — the inn was a very calm and relaxing place with several amazing baths with different temperatures (cold, warm, warmer), and the kaiseki meal was delicious!
