All rooms are non-smoking. great service from all the staff!! while the meal staff are not as fluent in english, they communicate everything well with simple phrases and gestures. onsen was great and relaxing, and the room had a beautiful view of the shrine. the location of the ryokan was also amazing with the old street in front and lots to see.
