Each room includes a fridge, private toilet, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths. Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided. Yukata robes are offered for guests. The staff was just great, the kindness and the way they tried to accomodate any request made them the most warm and kind staff we have ever met in our three weeks trip in Japan! My wife is vegan so she could not eat the same meal with me but they were happy to offer her what they could at the table (beverages) while I was eating. The room is a bit outdated but to be honest is not a big problem. The meals were just fantastic, little to add here. High quality good, great amount, every dish was explained at its best. I would defined recommend a stay here!
