A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible! The staff is adorable and helpful: thank you very much!

All rooms are air-conditioned and fitted with an LCD TV and a fridge. The staff were friendly, and we felt well taken care of. All the facilities were tidy and clean. The building itself was charming. If you want a traditional Japanese ryokan experience, I highly recommend this place

The onsen and environment in general are amazingly relaxing. The breakfast and dinner buffe were extraordinary. The staff were so friendly and kind. Everything was great.

Views are very beautiful and the balcony was also very nice. The room is spacious and has all the usual needs. Free parking which is great, Onsen although we didn't use it and wasn't tattoo friendly. Laundry room was also useful

Aizuwakamatsu Station is 4.9 km from the ryokan, while Kitakata Station is 25 km from the property. Fukushima Airport is 73 km away. The buffet option caters for solo traveler meals. Place had a rustic feel but was very well maintained and did not feel run down at all.

Probably some of the best food I've ever had. Baths were simple, but comfortable with an amazing view.
