The staff were extremely friendly and very customer service oriented. The room and facilities were of extremely high quality - I felt as if I was in a 5 star hotel. The dinner was perfect. Hot springs are very pleasant.

Located in Ashinomaki Onsen, 渓谷美の宿川音 provides air-conditioned rooms with private open-air hot spring bath. Love the Ashinomak onsen town. We went for the annual snow festival in Ouchi Juku and it was so nice. The view from our window was snowy mountains and the futons were comfy. The staff was so friendly, they called a taxi to take us to the snow festival and the taxi got us there and back. They have tea and water in the lobby. The decor is very nice and good for photo ops. Parking was available even without reservation and of course the onsen was nice.
