The dinner was amazing too, the dishes scroll non-stop for 1 hour, special mention to the waitress who took care of us she was more than perfect! We ended our evening with a private onsen, as a couple, it was perfect Thanks to the staff for doing such a good job

Tagoto features a hot public bath, Japanese-style and Western rooms and Japanese cuisine, a 5-minute drive from Aizu Wakamatsu Station. It’s perfect, simply perfect. The atmosphere is impeccable, the food is amazing, the staff is great. I would go to Aizuwakamatsu by the very troubled winter transport again to stay in this hotel.

Located in Ashinomaki Onsen, 渓谷美の宿川音 provides air-conditioned rooms with private open-air hot spring bath. Situated in country,out of the city noise, surrounded by the mountains. To enjoy hot spring, it was a perfect place to do so. Staff were all very kind and helpful

I enjoyed the japanese breakfast with fish; curry, oden with miso soup and rice. The osen would clean and not crowded. The area is great for hiking for all levels. I 76 yrs old...but the hike downhill from the hotel was beautiful. The few shops provide manji and cookies for purchase. The wifi was excellent. The local bus to Nihonmatsu is very cheap.
