The place is incredible! So many services!! Everything is just amazing; the town, the hotel, the room, the baths… they even allow you to check the bath of another hotel, in case you did not have enough! I have been in many Ryokan and this was TOP!

Made us feel welcome from minute one. Room was huge. It even had a traditional "fire place" inside the room

A modern equipped Japanese style inn, Almost is a new inn with the smell of wood. From the outlook to the rooms, all give us a fully satisfactory. The inn provide d various of yukata that made our lady group very pleasant.

Almost too beautiful to eat! The houses are one-of-a-kind and the setting is idyllic. Staff wonderfully kind and provided amazing help, including transfers to station which was so helpful. The staff were great and very informative about the location and transport options etc. An absolute must stay if you are near the area. The food was incredible for breakfast and dinner, very traditional and gorgeous meat. The private baths are the best we went in, the fact they are private is a massive plus. We had the best time here; thank you to all the staff! It is also really close to the bus station to get to the Kamikochi Valley.
