At the ryokan, all rooms include a flat-screen TV, fridge and wardrobe. Certain rooms feature in-room hot spring bath, while some rooms offer a kitchen with a microwave. The futons were comfortable - unlike many accommodations. The villa was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the onsen.

I love the variety of food on my plate when i got my breakfast and it was brought to my room on time that I requested them in. Having the Coffee maker in my room made it easier to get my caffeine fix, not that LAWSON (convenience store) was far when it was literally just downstairs, that couldn't have been closer. And that Bus terminal just outside the Hotel? right on the spot where i need it to be. And did I mention they have in-house HOT SPRING? Yeah they do!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going to the area.

Boasting garden views, Ryutakuzenji 宿坊 offers accommodation with balcony, around 28 km from Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The ryokan has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Worth the price that i paid. Really good dinner ! Room i stayed was huge (could easily fit 5-6 adults) with high ceiling. This place puts you in peace and serenity.

The units in the ryokan are fitted with a kettle. There is a private bathroom with bidet in some units, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. All units will provide guests with air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a flat-screen TV. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! Great location, the hot springs are really exceptional two types of water a sauna and a cold plunge. Rooms are great! Hotel is spotlessly clean. The food was very very good portion size was surprisingly big.

The food was really good, the onsen was excellent and no complaints about the location!

Everything is top notch, room is spacious and clean with daily room service, staff is extremely friendly, warm and hospitable. I would like to express my great gratitude to Iwasaki (岩崎） at dining and Yamada (山田泰子） at reception, they are doing their best to make customers happy with great smile 😃 Not forgetting to mention the meals which is very delicious, ingredients are fresh and with great variety. Oh dear I starts to missed the place so much 😄

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen. Free private parking is available on site and free WiFi is available in all guest rooms.

Guests who check-in before 18:00 will receive complimentary welcome sweets. Every room at this ryokan is air conditioned and comes with a TV. From the second we stepped onto the threshold of this hotel, we felt welcomed and super cozy. Although the lady at the reception didn't speak English, she still did her best to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel and the area. We also had complimentary sweets and participated in a small tea ceremony, which was something we, as tourists visiting Japan for the first time, appreciated so much. The place had four private onsen rooms, with all the necessities you might need, such as different shampoos, towels, hairbrushes and cotton pajamas after the bath! Sleeping on the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Yubatake was 1 minute away from us. The breakfast was delicious. I wish we had stayed there longer!

This hotel is close by Otaki no Yu, and reasonably walkable to the center of the village. The space was clearly remodeled recently and so the rooms are super nice, clean, and it's clear that the hotel has spent great attention to detail! I also really liked the ease of use of the onsen facilities. I have been to many japanese style inns and this was the most clean, orderly, and good working condition that I've encountered. I also thought it was nice that there are only 4 rooms here so it never felt busy or crowded. The staff were also all very kind and helpful. They made a great breakfast both days, with good variety of dishes and high quality of ingredients. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again!

Set in Nakanojo in the Gunma region, Sekizenkan Kashotei Sanso offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. This 4-star ryokan offers a lift and luggage storage space. The ryokan features family rooms. Everything!!! Superb food, great and quiet location, excellent staff!!! There was no single thing that we wouldn’t rate AT LEAST 10/10. Greatly recommend staying more than 2 nights, so the atmosphere of the place and climate truly kicks in.
