The staffs were very attentive and friendly. They all spoke English and were nice enough to put two single beds together to make a king bed. Our meals were also nicely prepared and healthy , with a wide variety of ingredients. The scenery was beautiful and it was fine for us to do nothing and just stay in the hotel, watching it snow and sipping tea. The snack bar was a treat with local snacks! We will definitely be back. It was a nice retreat after a few days at the slopes and a very unforgettable experience.

Room was amazing with a sauna and onsen actually in the room. However, it was the staff and the chef that made the stay the best ever! They took into consideration an allergy my son had to certain food type and went above and beyond to accommodate. They were all wonderful.
