We don’t recommend taking the deluxe rooms as there are only 2, and you might end up in the second floor with partial view of the lake.

I liked everything: the location in the woods, the proper architecture, the design, the materials, the amenities, the restaurant, and the dinner. Private onsen is a delight, the spacious villa room is truly comfortable.

This hotel is hands down the best onsen hotel we have been with great value. The hotel is just opposite of the bus pickup/drop off area so its convenient access the hotel. Breakfast and dinner provided were fantastic. The hotel room were really spacious and clean beyond our expectation. Yukata were provided and my kid looks cute in them. We enjoyed alot at the public bath and there is also massage chair just outside the public bath. We also went to the night bar and the staffs there were really helpful. This hotel provided us the best Japanese traditional onsen experience we could possibly imagine. We totally enjoyed our time there.
