The outdoors onsen was soo relaxing, and open 24/7 so there was no problem having your evening- midnight and early morning bath! We did not have the dinner experience, but the breakfast was absolutely spectacular. Local, seasonal cuisine that tasted divine, set up in a traditional Japanese room. Staff was very helpful, even though they spoke rather limited English, and a shuttle bus picked us up and left us at the bus stop. If you're around Morioka, definitely give this place a visit!

Dinner was excellent and beautifully presented, as was breakfast. They even provided my five year old daughter with beautiful meals designed to appeal to children. The onsen was simple but beautiful, with a semi-outdoor bath overlooking a lovely garden. We would very happily stay here again.

Everybody there was so kind. Went above and beyond to make my stay there great. They called cabs for me and made sure the driver knew where I wanted to go. Room was authentic, clean, and well equipped. They brought a nighttime snack which was unexpected and very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. My first time at an onsen but I thought it was great !! My only regret was that my children weren’t with me to enjoy !!

Very big room in Japanese style with beautiful view. The onsen are really great and it's so nice to have the opportunity of a private onsen without paying more. The hotel sell also dried ramen and snacks (chips, pop corn). Staff is really nice and helpful, they can pick you up at the train station for free.
