Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Only some rooms include a balcony, tatami floors, and free toiletries. I particularly loved the common areas. There were lots of extras that you wouldn't find in other places, e.g. many different coffee and tea options, all free of charge. It would be very easy to self-cater here as there is a full kitchen, plus large fridge and freezer. It's a beautiful place

Air-conditioned rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) floor, on which traditional futon bedding is spread to sleep in. Amenities include an LCD TV, fridge, a safe and yukata robes. All rooms have a private toilet and washbasin, while bathroom facilities are shared. Green tea sets with snacks are provided. Totally worth it. Our experience in hakone wouldnt have been the same if we wouldnt have stayed in the hotel. Totally recommeded to get the dinner as there’re not much restaurants near by

A bar, lounge and bakery are available. Super beautiful hotel with big spacious rooms, great furtniture and amazing view on forest ( from our room ) . The staff was super nice and helpfull we would come back for sure.

Amazing value for 2 top tier multiple course meals per day, lovely and quiet baths, and a great room. Friendly staff showed us around and the rules and accommodations were all very sensible. We were set up to have a relaxing time. The meals alone were worth the booking cost. I look forward to returning.

We got every confort and the personel was helpful for everything the place was so confortable and also traditional. Hot spring was excellent.

It s a very nice, quiet place. Perfect for traditional staying. The owner is so polite and helping, we loved staying with them! Thank you so much for everything!
