Ryokan is located in a very quiet neighborhood, local residential area. There are enough restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We looooved the Japanese breakfast prepared in ryokan. During the 2 days we stayed, every morning different breakfasts were prepared. The room is really clean and comfortable. The stuffs in Ryokan are all very helpful and kind.

Buffets for breakfast & dinner are excellent and alcohol beverage is also all you can drink including plum wine, sake and draft beer. Room is quite clean and public onsen is beautiful. If weather is nice, it is good to enjoy the view with breakfast.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site.

At the ryokan, all rooms include a flat-screen TV, fridge and wardrobe. Certain rooms feature in-room hot spring bath, while some rooms offer a kitchen with a microwave. Everything!! Superbbbb services from all staffs🙌, great facilities, yummy breakfast in Japanese style. The room is clean and big, also has a very big screen TV with Nintendo famicom!! The owner was very nice and helpful, he speaks English very well, he showed us all facilities in the ryokan, so so impressed with his service. The ryokan also has a shuttle service to the bus station. I would give 100 score out of 10 to this ryokan.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Air-conditioned rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) floor, on which traditional futon bedding is spread to sleep in. Amenities include an LCD TV, fridge, a safe and yukata robes. All rooms have a private toilet and washbasin, while bathroom facilities are shared. Green tea sets with snacks are provided. The private onsen and traditional Kaiseki dinner were real highlights.

Guests can choose to stay in rooms with Japanese futon bedding on tatami (woven-straw) floors or in rooms with Western beds on wooden floors. A fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags are included in each room. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a toilet and shower, while some rooms have a bathtub. Everything about this place feels intentional—from the quiet comfort of the tatami rooms to the peaceful shared spaces. The team clearly puts in noticeable effort to make every guest feel at ease, appreciated, and at home.

Main Dining Room "The Fujiya" serves French cuisine in an elegant space. Restaurant Cascade offers Western dishes, while Kikka-so serves traditional Japanese kaiseki dinners. A bar, lounge and bakery are available. The location in Miyanoshito was amazing, and very handy for transport options. The breakfast and general dining facilities were outstanding. The entire property complex oozed class and comfort.

A 2-minute walk from Sendagi Subway Station, Japanese-style hotel Annex Katsutaro Ryokan features rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring and free Wi-Fi internet.

The air-conditioned rooms at Ryokan Annex Katsutaro feature Japanese futon bedding, and each has a TV and fridge. The attached bathroom includes a bathtub. This is my third visit to this Ryokan in 10 years and I'm sure I will be back. Love the rooms, the location, the staff.

Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu is situated a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Subway Station, near Nakamise-dori Street and Senso-ji Temple. Asakusa Subway Station provides direct access to Ueno, Shibuya and Ginza areas, and also to the Narita and Haneda international airports. Everything was great, amazing hospitality, perfect location. Very clean
